When will my order be shipped?

Orders typically ship between 1-3 days of order. You will receive a tracking number to your email.

I didn't get a tracking number or confirmation email

All tracking details are sent by our shipment company to your email. If you still cannot locate the email, please contact us at info@tryglowella.com.

When will my order arrive?

As per our shipping policy, orders are shipped directly from our manufacturer due to a high volume of sales and low stock levels. We also believe this will help to reduce our eco footprint. As such, orders usually arrive within 9-12 business days but we ask that you allow up to 15 days before reaching out to us. 

Can I submit a return?

Please refer to our returns policy to see if your order is eligible. 

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Generally once an order has been placed, it can't be changed or canceled. However, please still contact us at info@tryglowella.com as early as possible.
